Helen Smoot will be featured when she performs the first movement of Edvard Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor, Opus 16.

Leslie Hazard, soprano, will perform the aria “Sheep May Safely Graze” from Johann Sebastian Bach’s hunt cantata #208, “Was mir behagt, ist nur die muntre Jagd” (“What pleases me is the lively hunt only”), which Bach composed for the birthday of Duke Christian of Sachsen-Weissenfels in 1713.

The orchestra will also perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Symphony #12 in G major, K. 110, which he composed when he was about 15 years old.
